Description

This solicitation is for intake structure completion. The work shall consist of constructing a lead-in channel, installing permanent shoring, installation of an intake screen, cast in place concrete floor, mounting pumps and motors, and installation of valves and piping from pump to existing pipe in the area of a retention pond. The work shall include mobilization, excavation, cutting, welding, concrete placement, equipment installation and erosion control measures as per the specifications. The size standard for this unrestricted solicitation is $28.5 million under NAICS code 237110. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation should be available at this website on or about 20 Jul 2005. SRS is a restricted access Government facility. A minimum of 72 hours notification is required to process any security badge requests for U.S. Citizens and up to 30 days could be required for non-U.S. citizens.
