Description

Lobster Creek Campground Well Upgrades. Project includes connection of a new water well to the existing campground potable water distribution system; connection to the existing electrical service; and construction of a building to house water system components. The project is located in Curry County, near Gold Beach, Oregon. Traveling north or south on Highway 101, turn east on County Road No. 595/FS Rd 3300 and proceed 10 miles to Lobster Creek Campground. The project is expected to begin late August and performance time is 90 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps on or about 7/18/2005. A payment bond (100 percent) will be required after award. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
