- Description
- Project consists of furnishing labor, equipment and materials for the Bismarck Lake Campground improvements. This project is to be completed within 120 calendar days. Work includes (but not limited to): 1.Water System Upgrades: Rehabilitation of existing water tank, including accessories and coatings; Removal of existing pump house, and installation of new pump house, (incl. all accessories, connections, and treatment systems); upgrades to potable water systems including new water supply and return line, curb stops and boxes, water hydrants, air relief valves, and daylight drains; and the installation of new low voltage, liquid level control line. 2.Site Work: Install new single unit SST vault toilets; remove existing picnic tables and fire rings, and install new accessible tables and rings at all sites; construct 5 accessible sites, including living area & tent site with treated timbers, path and all related earthwork; place new aggregate on all remaining sites. 3.Trail Work: Construct steps at existing user defined trails; install aggregate trail along lake, and place large rocks along trail near lake. 4.Additive Items: Install water hydrant, concrete pad and curb stop; construct parking site with aggregate surface; provide and install concrete stops; construct steps at camping sites; furnish and install solar fans on existing toilet; construct and install wooded benches and construct retaining wall. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $250,000 and $500,000. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:The solicitation, AG-82X9-S-05-0032, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and will be available for downloading on or about July 8, 2005 at the website address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A Pre-Bid Visit date will be included in the solicitation. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. Registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ A handbook and other information are available at the site, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number, which is required to begin the registration process. Vendors are required to register at the Online Representations and Certifications website (ORCA); registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.bpn.gov.
