This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a one-year base period and four one-year options periods. Quantity for delivery orders can range from a minimum of 13 each to a estimated annual maximum of 52 each for the base and option years with a maximum contract quantity of 104 for each year. Inspection/ Acceptance is Origin I/A/W QAP 001 FOB Destination Shipping locations include Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA Deliver within 46 days ARO. Anticipated Award date: 60-90 days after closing date. Technical Data Package Availability: DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do NOT submit requests to DSCR-VABA. NOTICE The Defense Supply Center Richmond is transitioning to a new business software identified as Business Systems Modernization (BSM). The contract award issued against this solicitation contains a NSN that is scheduled to migrate from our current Legacy system into the BSM system during the life of this proposed contract. A complete list of NSNs affected by these changes (to include the NSN migration date) may be accessed via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Additional information regarding the BSM program and the impact on vendors may be found on the BSM Supplier Information Resource Center (SIRC) web site, located at http://www.dla.mil/j-6/bsm/sirc.
