- Provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required to Remove existing kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and floor covering. Provide new kitchen cabinets, and finishes. In addition, some electrical and plumbing work will be required. The existing microwave and refrigerator shall be removed and stored onsite. Remove the existing kitchen cabinets, counter top, sink and range and properly dispose of them off site. Remove existing sheet vinyl floor covering and base. Prepare the floor to receive new sheet vinyl floor covering. Inspect the wood floor and floor joists for deterioration. Inspect the existing plumbing lines for deterioration. Repair and prepare the existing walls to receive new finishes. Provide new wood support blocking in the walls for the new cabinets. Provide new base cabinets, wall cabinets, and new plastic laminate counter tops with back splashes. Provide one new stainless steel, double bowl sink with new ? HP garbage disposal and new single handle faucet. Rework hot water baseboard heating to accommodate the new kitchen layout. Provide a new dishwasher and the related plumbing and electrical connections from the existing plumbing and electrical lines in the walls. Provide a new 30? gas range and related natural gas connection with shut-off valve from the existing gas line in the wall. Provide a new range hood with related ductwork to vent to the exterior of the building. Provide new sheet vinyl floor covering and base in the kitchen. Provide new plumbing lines, shutoff valves, and connections from the existing rough plumbing in the walls for all appliances and sinks. Provide new GFCI outlets and electrical connections for appliances. Paint walls, ceiling, trim in the kitchen. Reinstall the existing microwave and refrigerator. Make connections and test to ensure that all are functioning correctly. Clean up all construction related debris and render the housing unit ready for occupancy. Period of performance is 70 DANTP. This procurement is estimated Between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 236118 with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.5.
