- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, has a requirement for Post-Wide (Aberdeen and Edgewood Areas) Underground Utility Locating Requirement, providing all the necessary personnel, management and/or supervision, offic e equipment, office supplies, transportation, materials, tools and equipment required to perform utility locating, vacuum excavation (test holes), and surveying/drafting services related to excavation/digging permits, including, but not limited to locating , marking, staking, mapping, GPS and/or conventional surveying, and as-built location drawings and data. The contract will be for a base year and four (4) option periods. The proposed contract will be a Requirements-Type Contract where the hourly rates a re firm-fixed-priced for each performance period. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 561990 with a Size Standard of $6,000,000.00. Request for Proposal W91ZLK-05-R-0006 will be posted to the followi ng website: http://fedbizopps.gov on or about February 15, 2005.
