- This Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The contractor shall design, engineer, construct, supply, install, test and place in service that equipment required to constructing a new existing 33kV/11kV substation. Install new 33kV/11kV switchgear, (2) 31.5 MVA power transformers, new control building at Al Hussain the Kerbala Governorate, PIF No. GBAGJ-025, in accordance with Section C. ALL CORRESPONDENCE AND SUBMITTED PROPOSALS SHALL BE: 1. In English. 2. In U.S. Dollars. 3. In MS Word or PDF format with no more than two attachments (three files maximum). 4. All proposals shall have a total price in Block 17. 5. Offerors must sign in block 20B and date in block 20C. 6. Offerors may submit more than one proposal. 7. Your email shall include the name of your company and 05-R-2048 in the subject line. If you have any questions please email. Bids not conforming will be rejected. Email Proposals to both LCDR Calvin Scott at calvin.scott@pco-iraq.net and Mr. Rodney D. Aytch at rodney.aytch@pco-iraq.net. All Proposals must be received No Later Than 1700/5:00PM local time on 4 Aug 2005. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes to page 1 and the Scope of Work paragraph in Section B. 1) Delete the word existing from block 10 and Section B of the solicitation.
