The announcement that appeared on June 13, 2005 is changed by this Amendment 0005 as follows: The beds will be assemblied and delivered FOB Dest. Provide separate prices as option pricing for prime and paint described in Amendment 0002 and rustproof ing described in 0003. The description of the prime, paint, and rustproofing is as follows: Prime: Use Mil spec primer for use with CARC paint and meeting the requirements of TM 43-0139 in accordance with Technical Manual 43-0139, Painting Instructions fo r Army Materiel found at https://www.logsa.army.mil/etms/welcom1.htm. Paint: Using MIL-C-530 (or equivalent) Tan CARC (F93H107) in accordance with Technical Manual 43-0139, Painting Instructions for Army Materiel found at https://www.logsa.army.mil/etms/we lcom1.htm. Undercoat: Using: (Chemsol-32 or equivalent, Aliphatic Petroleum Naptha) in accordance with Technical Bulletin 43-0213 Corrosion Prevention and Control Including Rustproofing Procedures for Tactical Vehicles and Trailers found at https://www.l ogsa.army.mil/etms/welcom1.htm.
