- This is a Sources Sought Announcement and will be used as market research for acquisition planning purposes only. The VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center is performing a market survey to find potential large and small businesses capable of providing Class 1 BCLS and ACLS 24 hour ambulance service for the following counties located in the VA Medical Center, Huntington West Virginia Patient Service Area: Counties in WV _ Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Mingo, Putnam, and Wayne. Counties in Kentucky: Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Floyd, Greenup, Lawrence, Lewis, Johnson, Martin, Magoffin, and Pike. Counties in Ohio: Lawrence and Gallia. The VA Medical Center, Huntington West Virginia Patient Service Area covers these counties noted in Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky. All contractors regardless of size are encouraged to respond to this market survey. NAICS code 621910 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is as follows: To be considered a small business the average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years must be no more than $6 million dollars. Responses to this sources sought announcement will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers, which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Pricing is NOT requested. The Government will not pay for any information provided by the contractor in response to this announcement. Contractors MUST provide the following information in writing by fax or mail no later than July 15, 2005. Provide copies of licenses indicating ability to cover all counties and states noted above. 3) Indicate which of the States and ENTIRE counties your company is licensed to provide Class 1 ACLS and BCLS 24 hour ambulance coverage. Provide copies of licenses indicating entire county coverage.
