- Description
- This project is located on the Powell Ranger District of the Dixie National Forest. Work consists of moving equipment to and from the well site; Drilling a water supply well; Providing and installing well casing, well screen, packer, cement grout, pitless adapter and sanitary well cap; Well development, testing, and disinfection; Associated specialities; Disposal of excavated material and site clean up. Access to the site and well location will be determined and flagged by the C.O.R. Contractor will need to enter the wash from the parking area at the west end of Red Canyon (1/2 mile west of the drill site). Exiting the wash at the work site may require some minor bank work. This is a full and open competition solicitation. There is a site visit scheduled for July 26, 2005 at 12 noon at the Panguitch office located at 225 East Center Street .
