Solicitation W58RGZ-05-R-0887 replaces W58RGZ-04-R-0908 which was cancelled due to a Government mistake. PRON: AX4L0079, NOUN: Truck, Helicopter Ground, NSN 1730-01-133-9204, PN: 1730-EG-100, Quantity: 65 each minimum/505 each maximum 5 year Indefinit e Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to Support Equipment, Air Ground Support Systems. FOB Origin. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 65 each 315 days after contract award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 65 each, 210 days DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, t ooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, s olicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
