Description

The US Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Rock Island, IL has a requirement in support of the M45 Chemical Biological Mask. The estimated maximum quantity of 65,000 Second Skins and 40,000 Nosecups are being solicited on a sole source basi s. There are three sizes of Second Skins, NSN's: 4240-01-440-0638, 4240-01-440-0639, and 4240-01-441-0555, P/N's: 5-1-2980-1, 5-1-2980-2, and 5-1-2980-3; and ten configurations of Nosecups, NSN's: 4240-01-441-0554, 4240-01-441-0556, 4240-01-441-0558, 42 40-01-441-0559, 4240-01-441-0560, 4240-01-441-0561, 4240-01-441-0563, 4240-01-441-0566, 4240-01-441-0566, and 4240-01-443-5485, P/N's: 5-1-2809-70, 5-1-2809-60, 5-1-2809-90, 5-1-2809-80, 5-1-2809-20, 5-1-2809-10, 5-1-2809-100, 5-1-2809-30, 5-1-2809-40, an d 5-1-2809-50. The solicitation is restricted to West American Rubber Company (WARCO), 1413 West Braden Court, Orange, CA 92868-8112 and will result in a five year firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Offers from c oncerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. Estimated issue date is 18 July 2005.
