- Refer to numbered notes 9,23, 26 and 27; The solicitation is for 10 NSNs that are transportation motor vehicle parts items; solicitation number is SP0750-04-R-3550. This proposed procurement will be for a written indefinite quantity contract (IQC) and will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years – (base year plus 4 one-year option periods). The solicitation is for a 100% HUBZone set-aside; The solicitation will be FOB destination and indefinite quantities will be delivered to various locations; drawings are available; the issue date is approximately 18 July 05 and the closing date is approximately 19 Aug 05; copies of the solicitation are posted to the following website on the issue date of the solicitation: http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp and the PIDs are posted to http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporatecontracts/cc.asp While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation; items with QPL requirements or component QPLs with associated specifications are listed in Section B; instructions for obtaining drawings are explained in the solicitation; the NSNs are as follows: NSN 2540-00-121-9081, 2540-00-121-9082, 2540-00-286-7022, 2540-00-319-5724, 2540-00-322-8957, 2540-00-398-8092, 2540-00-860-0516, 2540-01-192-4479, 2540-01-438-4960, 2540-01-438-8791 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-JUL-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
