- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for Research Development and Engineering Services. The research sought will concentrate on the development, verification and validation of Anti-Ship Capable Missle (ASCM) simulations used to support Surface Electronic Warfare (EW) Test and Evaluation (T&E) and Program Management. A detailed statement of work and the minimum personnel qualifications will be issued with the solicitation. The Government anticipates an award of a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) term type contract. The contractor shall provide, on a level-of-effort basis, approximately 6,650 hours for the base year, 6,650 for each of the four Option Years. All personnel are required to have a minimum secret security clearance. The Period of Performance for this requirement is for one Base Year with four Optional one-year periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the government. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Request for Proposals (RFPs) and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. This requirement is currently being performed under contract N00173-05-F-2008 with Tekla Research Inc. 12531 Clipper Drive, Suite 202 Woodbridge, VA 22192. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Notes: 1 and 26.
