Description

The Strategic Systems Programs intends to issue a contract with Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), Herndon, VA for technical services in support of Logistics Data Systems (LDS). Specific assistance will be provided in the areas of application program development and maintenance, unit testing, and system testing. EDS is the only source with the requisite design and system knowledge of the LDS to provide the required services within existing cost and schedule constraints. See Note 22!!
