- Junction Creek Trailhead. In general, this project consists of: 1) Construction of a parking area with amenities, 2) Construction of a handicapped trail, 3) Culvert installation, 4) Aggregate surfacing, 5) Seeding of disturbed areas. the solictation with specifications and drawings will only be made available on the FedBizOpps website (www.fedbizopps.gov). This project is not set aside for small businesses.
