- Subject to final approval, the U.S. Dept of HUD, Office of Inspector General (OIG), through the U.S. Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue on a sole-source basis, a simplified acquisition, to DataTrac Information Services, Inc, 2140 Lake Park Blvd, Richardson, TX 75080. To avoid cancellation of the Automated Call Center maintenance contract, the vendor will provide services to disassemble, move, and reassemble the Automated Call Center. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m., EDT on July 5, 2005. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required item or functional equivalent at terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to DataTrac Information Services, Inc. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
