- <DESC> The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, intends to acquire 28 Man Power Personnel Training (MPT) courses at eleven (11) concentration areas across the United States. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Whitney Bradley & Brown, Inc. of Vienna, VA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Whitney Bradley & Brown Company is the only known provider of these courses. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this quotation. This requirement is in support of the Navy Personnel Command of Millington, TN. Any interest or concerns must be directed to FISC Philadelphia Division Contracting Department, Re: N00140-05-Q-3160, Code 204.12E no later than 11 July 2005, Attn: Rosa E. Cedeno-Stout. See Note 22.
