- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit 3e Technologies International, Inc., 700 King Farm Boulevard, Rockville, MD 20850 on a sole source basis for three (3) each 3e528 Sensor Control Interface boxes and three (3) each 3e525V Sensor Control Interface boxes. These units have been incorporated into the baseline design for the Critical Area Protection System (CAPS), and any attempt to substitute another unit into the design would require significant redesign to the CAPS, the cost of which would exceed any potential savings. Delivery will be the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS Code 334119 applies.
