- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to award a five year IDIQ type contract with Omohundro Company, 14972 Franklin Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780 for Band 3 HAT Radomes (P/N G256363-1) and Band 3 Semi Omni Radomes (P/N G382601). Radomes are to be manufactured in accordance with a Statement of Work. This IDIQ type contract will have a minimum of 10 each and a maximum of 200 each for the Band 3 HAT Radomes (P/N G256363-1) and a minimum of 6 each and a maximum of 150 each for the Band 3 Semi Omni Radomes (P/N G382601). Delivery will be FOB destination beginning 100 days after contract award. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The highest level of security required under this requirement is Confidential, which will be designated on DD Form 254. Possession of this level of clearance will be verified prior to award. These requirements will be procured on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(! 1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
