- DESCRIPTION: YPE 05138000370, 5962-01-310-6249. Approved source(s): Raytheon (4U884), Raytheon (82577), RSL (K5533). The requirement is for 35 each to be delivered to Jacksonville, Florida, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California within 250 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 17 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of 7/18. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Various increments solicited: from 17 ea to 25 ea; from 26 ea to 50 ea; from 51 ea to 75 ea; and from 76 ea to 105 ea. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
