- Description
- Proposed procurement is to conduct 2 (two) five day Honors Camps for 50 ROTC Cadets at Wright State University, Ohio. Services consist of lodging, meals, local transportation, instructor and use of recreational facility. This is a Sole Source procurement, synopsis published for informational purposes only. No solicitation documents will be issued or made available as a result of this notice. This proposed contract action is for procurement of an item for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is Wright State University, 3640 Colonel Glenn Hwy, Dayton, Ohio 45435-5000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-MAY-2005).
