Description

The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, equipment and materials in order to properly prepare and accomplish complete exterior painting work to all new and existing wood and metal surfaces on (18) residential units located on Sumner Avenue at the Presidio of San Francisco: IFB-2005-031 Group 1 Units 540, 542, 544, 546, 548, 550, 552, 554,556.IFB-2005-032 Group 2 Units 541, 543, 545, 547, 549, 551, 553, 555 & 557.The Presidio is a National Park and a National Historic Landmark. Interested and qualified firms may request a copy of one or both solicitations by fax to Lela Chisolm, Contracting Officer at (415) 561- 4485 or email lchisolm@presidiotrust.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Both solicitations will be available at the Mandatory Site Visit, scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 2:00pm starting at unit #540. Bids are due on Friday, July 29, 2005 NLT 3:00pm via mail or hand delivery only to the Contracting Officer. No fax bids will be accepted. Qualified small businesses (including small disadvantaged businesses and minority and women-owned small businesses) are strongly encouraged to respond. The Presidio Trust is a wholly owned federal government corporation and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
