- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued under the number PVA88850060100. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) plans to issue a purchase order for the following: Requirement is for ISO 9001:2000 Certification Body. Base year one period of performance is from date of award, option year one, two and three with one year performance. This requirement is unrestricted. Acquisition will be based on Best Value/Tradeoff Process. All non-cost factors when combined are significantly more important than price. Price and past performance are equally important. The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offeror, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offerors are required to submit a complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification, Commercial Items, with their offer.
