- Scope of Work consists but is not limited to, "Exterior Renovations". The work consists of providing exterior renovations to the historical courthouse at 750 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, IL. The work involves stripping the paint from the windows down to bare wood, prime and repaint. Tuckpoint the limestone facade on all 3 sides of the building. And last, excavate around the building down to the footings so a drain tile and waterproofing membrane can be installed to waterproof the basement. The window paint stripping requires the lead based paint to be mitigated. The contract completion time is 240 days from receipt of the notice to proceed. This procurement is open to all business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 236220 with a size standard of $28.5 Million. The estimated cost range is between $450,000.00 and $650,000.00. Funding for this project is currently available. Specifications will be available on or about July 11, 2005. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available electronically only at the Internet Site http://www.eps.gov. Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments(if any). It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for release of the solicitation and any related documents.
