Description

To: All Prospective Offerors From: GSA Headquarters Contracting Division Subject: Solicitation # BPAVC05PD0003 ?Office of Citizen Services and Communications (OCSC). The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a Blanket Purchase Agreement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The first Task Order?s Statement of Work is attached to this announcement and should be included as part of BPA proposal with a separate technical and pricing proposal, the due date for the Task Order is July 20, 2005 at noon. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 1) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (OCT 2000); 2) 52.212-3, Offeror, Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 3) 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (APR 1998), with an addendum; and 4) 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (AUG 2000). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518112. The services are delineated in the attached Statement of Objective (SOO). GSA will conduct this acquisition by evaluating proposals according to the following instructions and will award a fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)type contract based on the best value to the Government.
