- Description
- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, is seeking to obtain services of a contractor to provide full facilities support services. Services shall include: CLIN 0001 Mail Management Center Operations: process approximately 290,000 pieces of official incoming mail annually from the U.S. Postal Service and other government and non-government sources, sort and deliver mail to EEOC Headquarters office and the Washington Field Office, CLIN 0002 Technical Printing: develop and draft printing specifications for external printing services, prepare unique or printing-specific forms on an as-needed for the Agency?s annual reports, or other high profile reports, posters, or forms, CLIN 0003 Duplicating Center Operations: perform duplicating services of approximately 1,900,000 copies annually for the headquarters offices, CLIN 0004 Laborer Services: move and transport furniture, supplies, equipment and perform other related moving services as needed, CLIN 0005 Facilities Services: perform a variety of facility services such as issue photo identification cards and proximity key assess cards and maintain the computer databases that house this information, order signage for the building, perform a daily-walkthrough of the building?s restrooms, and management garage parking issues etc., CLIN 0006 Records Management and Warehouse Services: coordinate the development and implementation of an accurate, current and comprehensive records management program, CLIN 0007 Directive System Services: manage the Commission?s directive system and CLIN 0008 Space Management Services: will be involved with a variety of space related issues ranging from market surveys, using AutoCad, design intent building floor plans of Agency space etc., for headquarters and 51 field offices nationwide. A Firm Fixed Price Indefinity-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract is contemplated with a base year and four (1) year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210. EEOC anticipates issuing a solicitation in July 2005. The closing date for the solicitation will be thirty (30) calendar days after the issuance date. The anticipated award date is December 1, 2005. Award will be made on best value basis. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by EEOC. The solicitation will be made available to interested parties through FedBizOpps. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps website to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
