Description

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice for Dune Crossover Boardwalk construction at Parking Lots 21 & 22 Fort Pickens Recreational Area, Gulf Islands National Seashore, Escambia County, Florida. The project consists of all labor and equipment to construct two (2) dunes crossover boardwalks using park supplied materials. One boardwalk shall be 270 feet long and the other boardwalk shall be 150 feet long, with two (2) landing sections each. The acquisition is set-aside for Emerging Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990 and the SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD is $28.5 million. Any resultant award will be issued pursuant to to Public Law 100-686, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The performance period is 60 days. Notice to proceed with work is anticipated on or about August 15, 2005. The estimated price range is less than $25,000. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. The solicitation will close promptly at 12 Noon Eastern on Thursday, July 14, 2005. A valid DUNS and MPIN is required to quote. All responses timely received will be considered. To be eligible for contract award, the Emerging Small Business must have an active vendor record in the Central Contractor Registry and have completed the Annual Representations and Certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at the Business Partner Network website: http://www.bpn.gov.
