- Furnish and erect 20 x 40 Steel Building and provide final grade and form a 4 inch thick concrete floor in accordance with specifications and drawing. Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the job. Offered product shall be for the minimum overall dimensions stated in the specifications. Published or descriptive literature of offered product must clearly define product specifications for consideration. It is anticipated that a fixed-price contract will be awarded based on best value procedures. Evaluation criteria will be included in the solicitation; therefore, detailed proposals will be required. This procurement is a set-aside for small business es. The NAICS is 332312; the size standard for which is 500 employees. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: http://www.sam.usace.army.mil and will be available for download on or about 24 Jun, 2005. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Go vernment reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation. Actual solicitation amendments will be issued either by posting for download to the aforementioned web site or fax. Interested offerors, to include subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms, are required to self-register their firm or office at the above website. NO TELEPHONE, FAXED OR MAILED requests will be accepted.
