Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, services and supervision necessary to complete the installation of a new underground water distribution system at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas as described in the project pl ans and specifications. This project is being solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (ref. FAR 19.1007(a)(2), with a NAICS code of 237110. Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone S mall Business Concerns in accordance with FAR 52.219-4, is applicable. Project Magnitude is between $100,000,000 and $5,000,000. A solicitation will be issued on or about 26 Jun 2005. The solicitation will be posted on the National Guard EBS site at: http ://www.nationalguardcontracting.org. The specifications and drawings for this project are located on the Federal Data Technical Solutions (FedTeDs) website at: https://www.fedteds.gov. Access will require a FedTeDs login, which you may register for at: htt ps://www.fedteds.gov.
