- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 337215 size standard: 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BBAQ5164A100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-04 effective 8 June 2005. The Government intends to award a contract for the following line items or equal: (CLIN 0001) for QUANTITY: 10 of 60"H "Induro" Wood and Steel Shelving. Includes 4 display and 4 backstop shelves 12" deep. Color: Light Oak; (CLIN 0002) for QUANTITY: 10 60" Hx12"D Adder. Magazine Display Shelving with backstop flat shelf single faced "induro series" wood and steel shelving. Includes 4 display shelves & 4 backstop shelves. Color: Light Oak; (CLIN 0003) for QUANTITY 20 60"H Plywood Back 60" Light Oak. FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.211-6 in accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price.
