- Description
- This is a total service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. Furnish all necessary tools, materials, equipment, and supervision for RFP 244-05-00940, Project 529-04-103, Replace Center Elevator, Bldg. #3, at the VA Medical Center, Butler, PA 16001 in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work includes but is not limited to: Demolition, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, laboratory equipment, utility systems, removal of the existing basement traction elevator, and installation of a new Hydraulic Elevator P-1, located in Building 3. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for removal and replacement of elevator P-1 in Bldg. 3 at Butler Veterans Affairs Medical Center, in Butler, PA 16001-2480. Specifications, Drawings, and forms for submitting a bid are available at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. All respondents must be registered in CCR data base, see http://www.ccr.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://orca.bpn.gov, along with Vets 100 at http://vets100.cudenver.edu/. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website. All parties must obtain amendments to the solicitation through the web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. Interested parties must go to the web site to be entered on the Bidders Mailing List and to obtain copies of the Bidders Mailing List. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office. Issue Date is on/about July 6, 2005. Pre-bid is Tuesday, July 19, 10:00 A.M., Bldg. #46, VA Medical Center, Butler, PA 16001.
