- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation is soliciting sources for a brand name or equal to the Leica MZ6 Stereoscope (quantity of two) and Leica DM2500 Comparison scope (quantity of two). The minimum technical requirements for the Leica MZ6 are: stereomicroscope body; 6:1 zoom range; 10X adjustable, distortion-free eyepieces; achromatic objectives; boom stand; inclinable focus arm; light source and ring light. The minimum technical requirements for the Leica DM2500 are: comparison bridge and microscopes; adjustable transmitted light source with daylight filters; 10x adjustable distortion free eyepieces; rotatable stage; and 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x objectives. The microscope must be easy to use, have good optical quality and be compatible in parts and operation with existing Leica microsopical equipment.
