Description

This project involves all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary for the reconstruction of water, sewer, and electrical services at the Grayback Campground on the Illinois Valley Ranger District, Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The project site is located approximately 12 miles from Cave Junction, Oregon. The work includes, but is not limited to demolition, survey, utility locates, excavation, repairs, installation of utilities, well improvements, septic tanks, leach fields, pumphouse upgrades and electrical transformers. Performance period will be 150 calendar days. Price Range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation documents will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about July 15, 2005. A bid bond is required. Performance and payment bonds (100 percent each) will be required after award. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
