Description

Government-owned, Contractor operated (GOCO) fuel services at Fort Hood, TX. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, parts, general and specialized equipment for the maintenance, repair and operation of the petroleum facilities. Operations also include aircraft fuel services operations (Mobile Refueling and Direct Refueling) at Robert Gray Army Airfield and Hood Army Airfield to include the dispatch function, fuel storage and operations, service station operation and associated administrative functions relative to the mission at DFSP Fort Hood, TX. Contractor furnished refueling equipment, tools, specialized equipment are required. The estimated performance period for the base period is February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2011 with an optional period estimated beginning February 1, 2011 through January 31, 2016. This is a follow-on procurement. Services are currently being performed by a contractor. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This procurement will be unrestricted.
