Description

Provide all necessary labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision required make repairs to Pier Number 3, USCG Training Center Cape May, NJ. Brief description of work includes: post 8-foot sections of 90 piles, replace 19 fender piles, and replace significant amount of structural bracing (18,000 BF), curbing (500 BF) and decking (1,400 BF). The following Unit Work Items will also be included with this project: Posting 8-foot sections of an additional 95 timber piles, encasing an additional 19 timber piles in concrete, driving 19 new fender piles, and replacing another 9,000 BF of bracing, 250 BF of curbing, and 700 BF of decking. Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990 with a size standard of $17.0M.
