Description

USAID Executive Officer - Podgorica, Serbia & Montenegro - see attachment for full details. Management of the operation requires the services of an experienced Executive Officer with strong hands-on training skills and the ability to set up procedures for Executive Office functions. It also requires a good working knowledge of ICASS including budgeting and provision of services. Knowledge of physical security, leasing and procurement regulations are also important. The Executive Officer has day-to-day management oversight responsibilities of USAID administrative work in Montenegro under the administrative supervision of the USAID Montenegro Officer in Charge (OIC) but receives technical supervision from the Executive Officer in Belgrade and works closely with the Office of the Controller.
