The SF1449 Contract Line Items contain incorrect quantities for CLIN X0003H, CLIN X0003I, and CLIN 10001E.. The correct quantities are: for CLIN X0003H the correct quantity is 8, and for CLIN X0003I the correct quantity is 4, for all years of the solicitation. In addition the correct quantity for CLIN 10001E is 10. 2. The formula for Total Evaluated Price on Page 48 of 58 should read: Total Evaluated Price = (CLIN X0001A +X0001B +X0001C +X0001D +X0001E, Base Year and Option Years) + (Either CLIN X0002A or CLIN X0002B)* + (CLIN X0003A +X0003B +X0003C +X0003D +X0003E +CLIN X0003F +X0003G +X0003H + X0003I, Base Year and Option Years) + (CLINs 00004A1 +00004A2 + 00004B1 + 00004B2 +00004C1 +00004C2 +00004D1 +00004D2 +00004E1 +00004F1 +00004F2 +00004G1 +00004H1) + (The average of CLINs 30007, 40007, and 50007) + (The average of CLIN X0005, Base and Option Years) + (The average of CLIN X0006, Base and Option Years). Questions and Answers: 1. Should an offeror submit a proposal that proposes to exceed the delivery date of 90 days after contract award, would the offeror be ruled non-responsive and his proposal eliminated from the competition? Answer: If an offeror was unable to meet a requirement of the solicitation, they would be ineligible for contract award. 2. What is the available funding? Answer: As of the date of publishing of this notice the available funding for the base 12 month period is $5,100,000 for all base year CLINs.
