- COMBINED SYNOPSIS-SOLICITATION AMENDMENT FA8604-05-R-3102, A001 THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CORRECT THE INFORMATION IN CLIN 0002 (OPTION) AND TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE. 1. CLIN 0002 (OPTION) is hereby changed as follows: FROM: “The contractor shall complete the system conversion and integration, deliver software licenses for 200 users and 20 concurrent users, and provide one year of software maintenance and support, including software updates and telephone support.” TO: “The contractor shall deliver software licenses for 200 users and 20 concurrent users, and provide one year of software maintenance and support, including software updates and telephone support,” 2. The “Response Date” is hereby changed from 30 Jun 05 to 07 Jul 05. 3. All other information, and terms and conditions are unchanged.
