- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Grease Trap Cleaning Services for the United States Penitentiary in Atwater, California. The contractor will be required to provide grease trap cleaning and waste disposal from two(2)approximately 9,000 gallon traps. The contract type is firm, fixed price. The contract period shall consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months and four 12 month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities are as follows: Base Year - 72,000 gallons; Option 1 - 72,000 gallons; Option 2 - 72,000 gallons; Option 3 - 72,000 gallons; Option 4 - 72,000 gallons. The solicitation will be available on or about February 10, 2005, and will be distrubuted solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instruction to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distrubuted solely through the website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipts of proposals is on or about March 4, 2005. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with the other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
