- Description: The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to inspect and repair identified irrigation systems at Hurlburt Field, FL. The Contractor shall be responsible for inspecting 93 base sprinkler systems with a subsequent inspection report given to 16 CES Utility Personnel for validation. The contractor will be instructed on which systems will be repaired. The individual irrigation system inspection report shall consist of all applicable labor and associated costs for parts. Repairs completed by the contractor shall include all aspects of repair to obtain 100% operational capability. Hurlburt Field is an Air Force installation that is located in the Florida Panhandle mid-way between Panama City, Florida and Pensacola. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 221310 with a size standard of $6M; the SIC code was 4971. The issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on/about 27 June 05 and RFQ date of 15 July 05. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
