- Description
- U.S. Government seeks to lease office space in the Central Business District (CBD) of Terre Haute, Indiana. Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease a minimum of 12,000 usable square feet to a maximum of 13,200 office and related space with 3 inside, on-site reserved and secured parking spaces. Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Cherry St. South: Oak St. East: 9th St West: 1st St. The space must be fully serviced. including all utilities, janitorial and snow removal services. The space must be in compliance with the Federal Government's standards for Fire & Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility along with local code, whichever is more stringent. The space can be altered to meet the Government's space requirements. A minimum of 2,000 net usable square feet of space to a maximum of 3,000 net usable square feet of contiguous space must accommodate a clear ceiling height of 12 feet. The successful Offeror will be required to provide proof of ownership of the building and/or suitable site. Offeror must provide all required services, utilities and maintenance over the 5 year lease term. Occupancy is desired by December 2006.
