- **This modification is being done to Cancel the Presolicitation in FBO.** The U.S General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service intends to award this action as a sole source to KMC Telecom, under the authority of FAR6.302-1,?Only One Responsible Source.? See Note 22. Description of the services is as follows: The contractor shall provide telecommunications support for the specified period of performance. Service shall include ISDN w/ Inbound 800 Toll Free Calling Number and Inbound Toll Free Service; two (2) each, Primary Rate - ISDN full period, and 2-way trunk lines. These trunks will support the Research & Engineering Commands Administrative Telephone System (RDEC-ATS). The contractor shall provide 47 digital signaling channels via the 2, PRI's supporting inbound & outbound dial access to local metropolitan and extended dialing area, with Long Distance services within the Continental United Sates (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for local directory numbers in the range of (256) 705-9600 thru 9998; (256) 319-5200 thru 5299 and (256) 319-5300 thru 5384. The contractor shall provide Long Distance access and service and shall provision outbound dialing via the contractors own switching system.
