- NAVSEA INDIAH HEAD DIVISION has a requirement to obtain test data to demonstrate that the pin puller is safe for use on the Advanced Seal Delivery System (ASDS). The ASDS has been in development for several years however during this time proper safety tests were never performed on the pin puller. This pin puller was developed by Cartridge Actuated Devices. This is a sole source acquisition to be negotiated with Cartridge Actuated Devices, Inc., 51 Dwight Place, Fairfield, NJ 07004. The NAICS Code is 541330 and FSC Code is B529.
