- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to he Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. This requirement is for an initial procurement of one Dual 6 inch Collimator and Steering Mirror system. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Electro Optical Industries, Inc. (EOI), 859 Ward Drive, Santa Barbara, California 93111 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. No first article units will be required. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. The solicitation will be available on or about 22 July 2005 at the following address: http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/announce.htm. No hard copy of the solicitation will be mailed.
