- This requirement is for a 5-year, requirements-type contract for the Tactical Automated Service Station in accordance with the Purchase Description PD04WRLEEV23, dated 15 Apr 2005. This requirement will consist of one basic period of 12 months and 4 annual options with best estimated quantities. There is no minimum or maximum order amount established . This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business participation. FAR 15 procedures will be employed with a First Article required, First Article Test Procedures IAW DD Form 1423 in addition to data requirements such as technical manuals, Provisioning IAW DD Form 1423-1 and Conference Agenda Design Review (PDR/CDR) IAW DD Form 1423-1. Numbered Notes Apply: 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. 23. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
