Description

The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Case Western Reserve University, Department of Electrical Engineering to conduct optimal design and document to Apt. Stds. on EMG sensing & interface electronics on remote radio-frequency powering systems on EMG Telemetry. Arrange for fabrication of the integrated circuits, prepare test fixtures for the integrated circuits, conduct tests of the integrated circuits in the Engineering Laboratory. Conduct in-vivo testing in lab animals. Document, design and test results of prototype implant system. Prepare prototype units for future lower limbs prosthesis evaluation. Prepare conference and journal publications on research findings. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. No solicitation is available. NAICS Code 541710. Size Standard 500.
