- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to install a 24? x 24? all steel square pavilion, concrete slab, accessible concrete sidewalk, water hydrant and water line as per drawings and specifications. The contractor shall also emove 2 buildings with furnishings complete. The contractor shall supply the all steel square shelter, base material, concrete, top soil, seed, water hydrant, PVC water line, shutoff valve, valve box and grills. Site is located at the Longleaf Vista Recreation Area in Natchitoches Parish, Gorum, Louisiana. Directions to site: Interstate 49 to exit 119, State Highway 119 south 5 miles to Longleaf Trail right 3 miles to Longleaf Vista Recreation Area on the right. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The governments estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful offeror will be required to furnish a 100% payment bond or certified money order after award. The solicitation package will be ready for download on or about July 8, 2005 and telephone requests are discouraged.
