- Purchase of 1 Mobile Rough Terrain Crane, Telescoping Boom, H-Type Outrigger, Diesel Engine Drive, 51 Metric Ton Capacity. Right hand drive truck, latest model year for general administrative use by the U.S. Government. Requirement for warranty services in Japan. RFP issue date o/a 6 May 2005. Delivery requirements: 90 calendar days from date of contract award; FOB destination, deliver the truck to Yokosuka, Japan. The items under this procurement are subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All quotes shall be in the English language and priced in either U.S. dollars or Japanese yen. This will be an electronic solicitation only in .PDF format. No paper solicitations will be issued.
