- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure 25,000 each of Custom-Made PHF Photo Anodized Aluminum Labels for the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Container Reuse and Refurbishment Center located in Norfolk, Virginia. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requested delivery date is within 30 days after date of contract award, but offerors should indicate their best, realistic delivery date in their quotes. Quotes are due by 4:00 p.m., 11 May 2005. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332812, . Contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001, PHF Photo Anodized Aluminum Labels, size 4” X 4”, 0.003” thick, meeting GG-P-445 specifications, with 3M MC53LE pressure-sensitive adhesive, black lettering on a silver, shiny background, 25,000 each. All labels shall read as shown in the attachment to the solicitation. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http: www.fedbizopps.gov as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. The Solicitation Number is N00189-05-T-0268. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. Numbered Note 1 applies.
